Nice but small

I ordered a set of harry bear pyjamas for each of my kids, I deliberately ordered a size too big but was surprised to find both seemed small. A label on the pyjamas does state they should be snug but my daughter actually looks ridiculous, shame as the pyjamas are nice but the sizing is well out.
